Agnes graduated from the Canadian Therapeutic College in 2009 and has been practicing massage therapy ever since. Her foundation in physical rehabilitation began even earlier, completing her training as a Physiotherapist Assistant in 2001. Working alongside multidisciplinary health‑care teams for many years shaped her belief that healing is most powerful when the body and mind are supported together.

Her practice continues to evolve. In addition to being certified in Therapeutic Massage and registered with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC and the RMTBC Association of BC, Agnes has expanded her skills with Indian Head Massage training and became a Certified Infant Massage Instructor in 2024, allowing her to support families and caregivers in nurturing healthy early‑life bonding.

Agnes’ holistic approach blends physical treatment with emotional awareness. She integrates Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Techniques, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Pregnancy Massage, Postpartum care and Tragger‑inspired movement with Yoga stretches, breathwork, and guided relaxation. She also practices Reiki and continues her journey toward becoming a Reiki Master.

Her treatments are deeply individualized. Agnes supports clients through chronic pain, sciatica, stiffness, fibromyalgia, hypertension, circulation issues, injury recovery, and the release of muscle‑held emotional memory. She believes the body, mind, and spirit are naturally interconnected — and that healing becomes possible when we learn to listen to all three.

Agnes’ goal is to help you cultivate a healthier relationship with your own body and inner world. She offers a safe, compassionate space where physical relief and emotional restoration work together.
